Kerala Institute of Science & Technology was conceived by Quilon Educational Trust on 05-12-2010. The trust decided to start KISAT with the students' admission on June, 2011 in five disciplines of Engineering Sciences; Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical& Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, and Computer Science & Engineering with an intake of 60 students per stream.
With the inauguration of the Institute website created by IQSoft. we are well on our way to the head of multidiscipline educational institutions in India.
The Institute has a plan to expand the campus as an integrated one by starting other schools in disciplines such as Environmental Design and Industrial Management.
